Tell us a bit about yourself
Hi! I'm Zainab, an artist and designer currently living in the Middle East. A year ago I came across surface pattern design and knew I found my "thing"! I love creating jewelry and I'm also a business student.
How long have you been creating your art?
I have been creating art for 5 years, but started surface pattern design 1 year ago.
Where do you draw inspiration from?
Flowers, cultures and travel experiences, and a bit of Pinterest, lol.
What's the most exciting thing you've seen your art on?
So far, mousepads. I hope to one day see my art on bedding.
What is your favourite art style at the moment?
Oooh, I really enjoy watercolor and gouache florals at the moment!
When you're not creating, what do you get up to?
I like writing short stories once in a while and if I'm not doing that, then im probably either studying, *trying* to learn a new language or watching youtube.
