Helen is a rural Australian artist living on ‘Fig Hill Farm’ in South East Queensland. She’s a wife, mum and farmer- but she’s in her element when she’s painting! As a rural Australian artist her aim is to help us all cherish the wonderful land that we have been given and are so much a part of. Her hope is that her art will be used to create a deeper connection with the beauty of our rich and rugged land, it’s animals and with each other… A kookaburra’s laugh. A farm kid running through the long grass. A gum tree in full bloom. The cheeky heifer that jumped the fence again… these are the fun and awe inspiring parts of rural life that Helen loves to capture with her ‘modern farmhouse’, Australiana style!
