Hi I'm Simone Pook! I'm a Mum and artist haling from rural NSW, near Canberra. My art is inspired both by modern and historic artistic and interior design influences. The Arts and Crafts patterns of the late 1800s, Dutch China painting, antique Persian carpets, Mexican tiles, Damask tablecloths and old lace, as well as boho, shabby chic and country core; these and more all go into the mix and come out as new pattern collections with an eclectic twist. So you'll see really old design types like paisleys with a modern colour palette and brush, or contemporary designs with a 30's colour theme.
