The artwork ‘Mum’ was my perception of my childhood/Mums life. Starting at the top of the artwork with flowing colours was my idea of my mums energy, on the right hand side in the middle of the page is a symbol for women, as she would always tell me about her female role models, friends and family members, on the left of the symbol represent her four children, in the left bottom corner represent her hardships that she overcome, lastly on the bottom right means family, as she comes from a family of 16.
